How do parents link their accounts to the WhatsApp & Telegram Bot?
Connecting is simple and secure. Parents click '🔐 Login' on the Telegram Bot or request a linking token, enter their registered phone number, and input the mock-OTP sent to them. The bot immediately binds their account using secure MongoDB queries and provides access to grades, homework, and attendance.
What capabilities does the OpenAI-powered Admission Bot have?
Our admissions bot integrates OpenAI (using gpt-4o-mini) and queries a localized school knowledge base. It instantly resolves parents' FAQs about curriculum, seat availability, fees, and timings.
