1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Shikshaflow. By accessing or using our School ERP services, platform, dashboards, WhatsApp integrations, and Telegram bots, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our software or services.
2. Account Registration & Security
Access to specific dashboard portals (Admins, Teachers, Students, Parents) requires secure registration and authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and standard OTP lookup codes. Shikshaflow cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access.
3. Service SLA & Multi-School Deployments
Shikshaflow provides multi-branch school management systems with an industry-standard 99.9% uptime target. While we make every attempt to ensure uninterrupted server operations, scheduled updates, database sync periods, or carrier network latencies (biometric alerts, WhatsApp notifications, or Telegram bot API polling lags) may occur.
4. Payment Gateways & Invoices
School fee collections, tuition lists, and transport fee invoices processed through our integrated gateways (Stripe, Cashfree) are governed by strict payment processing terms. School administrators are responsible for correctly establishing fee frequencies, and payments are non-refundable unless verified directly by the respective school authority.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform designs, code structures, layout animations, mockups, custom graphics, and proprietary software logic are the exclusive intellectual property of Shikshaflow. Unauthorized redistribution, copying, reverse-engineering, or white-labeling is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Shikshaflow and its parent operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of school logs, student records, fee collection datasets, or biometric hardware connection failures.
